ENGINEERING
DEPARTMENT
A
Tuk Tuk is designed here first having and meeting ALL USA
requirements before production begins. When required on custom
or special build units testing follows after design, then
final fabrication. The Engineering Department specs everything
using the latest CAD programming providing exact detailed
drawings for every component on a tuk tuk. When special parts
have to be made these drawings and files are used in the
machine shop for the CNC, and EDM machines. Sheet metal
fabrication is done in the metal shop, while procurement seeks
special parts of the fabrication. This includes everything
from special lights, wiring, hydraulics, tires, wheels,
suspension, or any other component that may be needed.
This
is how TTNA has been able to receive the ISO Certifications
for the Tuk Tuk. In the past the Tuk Tuk has always been
individual to each builder with no standardization. Having
entered into the 21st Century means a better higher quality
Tuk Tuk still free of computer controlled devices, and
electronics unless required. The Tuk Tuk will remain a simple
machine offering American and Global markets the simplicity of
the 1970's decade while utilizing every resource to make each
Tuk Tuk to a certified high quality vehicle.
Please
contact us with any special needs or requirements you may
have, while it may be a dream, TTNA can make your dream
REALITY.
